We would like to invite you a Live broadcast honoring PAUL ORTEGA from the Pueblo Culture Center in Albuquerque on Saturday June 24th.  11:00 am - 2:00pm

Numerous Native Elders, Musicians, and spokes people will be present to say farewell to a special individual that helped his people and brought the Native voice to the world through his songs.

The event will be emceed by Boye Ladd.

His daughter Katrina has said this about her Father on this Father's Day.

A. Paul Ortega walked this earth for 79 years. He was born on August 26, 1937 and peacefully went home to the "Happy Hunting Grounds" on May 17, 2017.

Paul was known around the world as a musician who paved the way for many Native American Performing Artists. To others he was a healer and teacher through being a Medicine Man for the Mescalero Apache Tribe. To the tribal people he was also a leader serving on the tribal council, as Vice President, and President, always doing for the tribal members. Paul led an amazing life always making a mark and touching lives. Among these many things he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, son, and friend.

We invite you all to join us on Saturday, June 24th 11 am - 2 pm at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center to celebrate Paul's life and pay tribute to his legacy that will live forever.

We would like to dedicate a tribute to the musicasl legacy he has left behind
